Terms & Conditions

New US Customers purchasing the Eligible Product may be eligible to receive a discount based on their Monthly Software Fees as set forth in the chart below (the “Discount”):

A “New US Customer” is a new TouchBistro customer who:

  • is located in the United States; and
  • subscribes to the Eligible Product for the first time

Eligible Product” means:

  • TouchBistro POS and TouchBistro Payments with a minimum contract length of 36 months for 1 TouchBistro POS license; or
  • TouchBistro POS and TouchBistro Payments with a minimum contract length of 24 months for 2 or more TouchBistro POS licenses

Eligible Expenses” are:

  • Software fees; and
  • Hardware fees.

This is a limited-time offer and expires on January 31, 2025. Eligibility for the offer shall be at TouchBistro’s sole discretion. New Customers may only redeem the Discount once. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and has no cash value. This offer cannot be applied to previous orders. The amount of Discount you may receive is determined at TouchBistro’s sole discretion.
